BioTasha is a social entrepreneur with fifteen years of experience applying human centered design for social good and a long-standing commitment to refugee and migration related issues. In early 2016, Natasha co-founded Prosper Community, a global consortium of partners and individuals who have developed the largest, publicly available database of migrant related social startups in Europe. Prior to NeedsList, Natasha was the founder of Creative Narrations, where she consulted, developed, and implemented digital storytelling and communications initiatives for a wide client base including HP’s Office of Global Social Innovation, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the YMCA of the USA.

Amanda Levinson

BioAmanda is a creative entrepreneur who has led projects at the intersection of technology and social impact for over 20 years. She has led digital marketing and content strategy for a diverse array of clients including Ello, the US Fund for UNICEF, +Acumen, Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Catholic Relief Services, and others. Amanda was Director of Policy Programs and Operations at Hope Street Group, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding economic opportunity for all Americans through 21st century policy innovations. She is the co-founder of VOZ, an immigrant rights organization in Portland, Oregon, and has written extensively on a variety of issues in the field of international migration, including human rights abuses in border enforcement, policies towards unaccompanied children in the US and Europe, legalization programs of migrants, and violations of migrants' rights in US employment policies, among others.

BioDaniel is a software engineer with 18 years of experience as a full-stack developer, in a variety of environments, from small start-ups to fast-growing tech consultancies. Most recently he was CTO of Crowdbabble, a Toronto-based social analytics company. Previously, he worked with numerous clients in the US and Latin America in the areas of healthcare, e-commerce, web analytics, education, alternative energy, and travel. Committed to achieving a double bottom line, Daniel has also contributed to organizations with a social mission, including La Misión Anti-inflación, Changemakers, and The Sedge.

Heather founded Balthazar Capital, a social enterprise investment advisory firm for the Arab region in 2010. As the founding general manager of Grameen-Jameel, she originated, structured and closed $44 million in leveraged commercial debt financing for microfinance institutions in Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia. In 2013, Heather started the Women’s Angel Investor Network (WAIN), the first women’s angel investment group in the Middle East.
