Tasha is a social entrepreneur with fifteen years of experience applying human centered design for social good and a long-standing commitment to refugee and migration related issues. In early 2016, Natasha co-founded Prosper Community, a global consortium of partners and individuals who have developed the largest, publicly available database of migrant related social startups in Europe. Prior to NeedsList, Natasha was the founder of Creative Narrations, where she consulted, developed, and implemented digital storytelling and communications initiatives for a wide client base including HP’s Office of Global Social Innovation, Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and the YMCA of the USA.x
Amanda is a creative entrepreneur with 20 years of experience leading social change projects in the civil society and tech sectors. She has led digital marketing and content strategy for a diverse array of clients including Ello, the US Fund for UNICEF, +Acumen, Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Catholic Relief Services, and others. Prior to founding ThirdSpace, Amanda was Director of Policy Programs and Operations at Hope Street Group, a nonprofit dedicated to expanding economic opportunity for all Americans through 21st century policy innovations. She is the co-founder of VOZ, an immigrant rights organization in Portland, Oregon.x
Lead Developer Catherine Tsibikous has spent over 15 years in the Tech and New Media sector. She started in Silicon Valley during the heady days of the dotcom boom and has worked with clients such as The Brookings Institution, Adobe and buy.com. Since then she has specialized in web application development, helping companies large and small achieve their goals online. One of the top developers in her field, her ability to master even the most complex of code and bend it miraculously to her will has earned her the nickname 'Bletch' at TalentGB, which is short for 'Bletchley Park!’ She codes in multiple languages including PHP, Java, and C++. Catherine enjoys working with NGOs and the charity sector to support mission-based work.x
Heather has 18 years of experience in entrepreneurship, emerging markets, angel investing, financial technology, credit and impact investment. She is currently Founding Partner of Athena CFO, an outsourced CFO and finance advisory firm for start-ups, SMEs, growth companies and investors. Heather founded Balthazar Capital, a social enterprise investment advisory firm for the Arab region in 2010. As the founding general manager of Grameen-Jameel, she originated, structured and closed $44 million in leveraged commercial debt financing for microfinance institutions in Syria, Jordan, Egypt, Morocco and Tunisia. In 2013, Heather started the Women’s Angel Investor Network (WAIN), the first women’s angel investment group in the Middle East.x
